RIGHT TO RETRACT
In accordance with article 5 of the T & Cs of the DARE WIN STORE site
Only Consumer Customers and professionals who meet the criteria set out in Article L 121-16-1 of the Consumer Code have a right of withdrawal that they can exercise within fourteen calendar days following the date of receipt or withdrawal of the Order. In the event that this period expires on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday or non-working day, it is extended until the next working day.
The Customer who wishes to exercise his right of withdrawal must return the Articles within the aforementioned period, in their original packaging, complete, new, to the head office of DWS: 92 rue de Rosemont in SAINT-POL-SUR TERNOISE (62130) FRANCE.
The sums paid by the Customer will be refunded in full, by bank transfer to the account used to pay for the order, or by check in certain special cases within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the day of receipt of the products by DWS, with the exception of return shipping costs which remain the responsibility of the customer.
